Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there’s a significant delay, we’ll contact you by email.

Shipping Times

  • Europe & UK: 5–12 business days

  • USA & Canada: 7–15 business days

  • Rest of World: 10–20 business days
    Note: Delivery times may vary due to location and customs.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions which will be clearly announced.

Order Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking link once your order ships. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking to update.


🔁 Returns Policy (30-Day Guarantee)

If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

  • Item must be unused, in original condition and packaging.

  • Contact us before returning to receive the return address and instructions.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene/safety reasons, certain items (e.g., opened cosmetics or personal-care products) can’t be returned.

  2. We’ll send the return address and instructions.

  3. After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you.

  4. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Note: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@honeera.com with photos. We’ll replace or refund promptly.
